Portion Ministries was founded in 2015 by Carolyn Dunegan. The original mission of the ministry was to support women’s bible studies, workshops, and retreats as a church consultant. In the decade since, this vision has seen considerable growth. Now, we provide aid to Christian outreach programs and churches through staff training, leadership programs, and community workshops.
Carolyn Dunegan has been an ordained minister since 2015. She has also been a licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor since 1991. She has extensive experience consulting clients who need the most help, listening, understanding, and providing urgent direction.
Portion Ministries’ services are free. They are intended to help lower-income organizations, which rarely receive the support they need due to the expenses involved. Offering free consultations, event speaking, and staff training changes individuals and organizations and, ultimately, heals neighborhoods.
In 2025, Carolyn Dunegan remains involved with Alive At Last and True Grace Church as a staff trainer.
